We each have a true core which contains our desires, our specific design, and our unique purpose. When we live from this place of congruency with our core, we can make a tremendous positive impact on those around us, those we lead, and the world. Yet the opinions and influences of others can be a constant distraction, and we can end up not living aligned with our core, moving chaotically through life.
Without a stable core, the overwhelming nature of the world can cause us to be reactionary, overcome by stress and anxiety, thus impacting our health, relationships, and overall well-being. We want to live and lead with our purpose as stability in motion - moving with integration, having intention in all that we do, and making impact for good.

Experiencing stability in motion goes much deeper than knowing your purpose. It requires assessing and addressing the 4 parts of our being - body, mind, heart and spirit. Practice these four elements at our Orlando-based Center for Stability in Motion, where we also offer virtual classes.
